  • Site backups: Retained for 30 days as part of active service. Deleted within 30 days of service termination.
  • Credentials: Deleted within 30 days of service termination.
  • Analytics data: Governed by your Google Analytics data retention settings. We configure GA4 to retain event data for no longer than 14 months.

Google Tag Manager (GTM) is used to manage and deploy tracking scripts on our website, including Google Analytics 4. GTM itself does not collect personal data, but it loads scripts that may. GTM is configured to only fire analytics tags after you have given your consent — no tracking scripts are activated on your first visit before you make a choice.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects anonymized data about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, session duration, traffic sources, general location). IP addresses are anonymized before being sent to Google. GA4 sets the following cookies: _ga, _ga_*, and _gid.
